2 tbYellow mustard
4 tbBlackstrap molasses
16 Pork Chops
1/2 cWater
3 tbChili sauce
1 tbChili powder
1 tbTabasco sauce
1/4 cVinegar

Cajun Bbq Pork Chops Preparation

Mix all ingredients. begin with dry ingredients and then combine with wet ingredients and mix well! Arrange chops ina covered roasting pan or a covered glass casserole dish.
