Western Meat Balls and Franks
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 6 Servings
| 1 Egg, slightly beaten |
| 1 lbGround beef |
| 2 tbLemon juice |
| 3/4 cChili Sauce |
| 1/4 cBread Crumbs, dry |
| 1 tbSalt |
| 1 mdOnion, grated |
| 1 cFrankfurters *1 |
| 1/4 cGrape Jelly |
Western Meat Balls and Franks Preparation
*1 cut diagonally in 1/2 inch slices Combine beef, egg, crumbs, onion and salt. Shape into small balls. Combine in chili sauce, grape jelly, lemon juice and water in a large skillet.
