3/4 cUnsweetened cocoa
3/4 cSkim milk
1 tsVanilla
1/4 tsGround cinnamon; up to 1/2
1/2 cSugar
2 tbMargarine; (I prefer butter)

Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce - 1 To 2 Points Preparation

Mix cocoa and sugar in small saucepan; stir in milk and add margarine. Heat over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Serve warm or room temperature.
