Original recipe makes 24 Servings
1 1/2 cKalamata olives; pitted
1 1/2 cPicholine olives; pitted
4 Anchovy fillets; chopped
3 Lemons; juiced and zested
2 tbFresh thyme; chopped
1 tbFresh Oregano; chopped
2 tbGarlic; chopped
1 cExtra-Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cCapers; drained, rinsed
Black Pepper; freshly ground

Black And Green Olive Tapenade Preparation

Put all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and add pepper to your desired taste.

This recipe yields 5 cups.
