| 1 cAM Barley Flour |
| 1/4 cOil; preferably cold |
| 3 tbCold water |
Wheat Free Pie Crust Preparation
Mix all ingredients well. Press into pie plate with fingers. Prick with fork. For precooked crust, bake at 350 F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
