| 1 cnbeef broth |
| 1 cnCream of celery soup |
| 1 cmilk |
| 1/4 cWhite wine |
| 1 tsWorcestershire Sauce |
| 1/4 tsGarlic powder; to taste |
| Salt; to taste |
| Black pepper; to taste |
| 1 1/2 cbroccoli; Coarsely chopped |
| 1 cCheddar Cheese; grated |
| 1 tbparsley; Minced, or dill |
Broccoli Cheddar Cheese Soup Preparation
Add first 8 ingredients into pan. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until broccoli is beginning to become tender. Make sure that broccoli is cut into bite size pieces. When broccoli is done to proper tenderness, slowly add cheddar cheese, sting constantly until each bit is completely blended into soup. Before serving, garnish with a sprinkle of parsley or dried or fresh dill, alongside some crusty French bread. Recipe by Mangia!
