Banana Rum Rice Fool
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 4 servings
Banana Rum Rice Fool Preparation
Chop half the bananas into the bases of four stemmed glass goblets or tumblers. Put the rice, sugar, rum, chocolate nut spread and half the yoghurt into a food processor. Whizz to a speckled marbled puree or fool. Spoon a portion on top of the bananas. Top with the remaining bananas, remaining yoghurt, then add the biscuits or wafers. Serve cool. DISCLAIMER?
