1 lg packageChocolate chips
1 large packagebutterscotch chips
1 cNuts; chopped
1 cnSweetened condensed milk
1/2 Stickbutter; or margarine
1 cGraham cracker crumbs
1 cCoconut; shredded

Barbara Edens Seven-Layer Cookies Preparation

Melt butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish in a warm oven. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs, then sprinkle with chocolate chips, followed by butterscotch chips, coconut and nuts. Drizzle milk over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool cookies for 10 minutes, then cut into brownie-size squares while still warm. Yields: 2 dozen. Formatted by Mary Wilson (BWVB02B).
