1 tbBlack pepper
1 tbCayenne pepper
1 tbDried Oregano
1 tbDried thyme
2 tbGarlic powder
1 tbOnion powder
2 1/2 tbPaprika

Bayou Blast - {emerils Creole Seasoning} Preparation

Combine all of the above ingredients thoroughly. Store in a clean, new or recycled, airtight shaker-type spice jar. This recipe yields 2/3 cup of Emerils famous "Bayou Blast" Creole seasoning.
