Original recipe makes 1 servings
2 tbVegetable oil
1 lgOnion; chopped
3 tbDark soy sauce
800 gBelly pork with skin
1 Lump rock sugar or 2tbsps
1 1/2 tbYellow beans
Water
Chillies; (optional)
5 Garlic; chopped

Bak Taucheo (Pork in Yellow Bean Sauce) Preparation

Cut the pork into 1 1/2inch pieces with skin on. Heat the oil in a wok and add the garlic and fry until light brown. Add the onion and the yellow beans and fry for a couple of minutes until you get the aroma.
