2 Ripe granny smith apples
Cinnamon
2 Ripe pears
8 Ginger snap cookies
6 ozBlue cheese
2 tbUnsalted butter
8 tbSweet wine
2 tbHoney

Baked Fruit in Parchment Preparation

Preheat oven to 425. Peel, halve & core pears & apples. Cut fruit into thick wedges. Cut out 4 large squares of parchment paper. On each piece of parchment pile some pear & apple wedges. Crumble over all the ginger snaps. Dot with butter & sprinkle with cinnamon. Crumble blue cheese over all. Drizzle honey & wine on top. Fold paper together & turn edges over to seal. Place on baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes in regular oven or 3-4 minutes on high in microwave. Approximately 4-10 minutes.
