2 tbolive oil
3 tblime juice; Freshly squeezed
Salt & pepper; to taste
6 3/4-in-thick chopsPork
1 mdWhite onion; thinly sliced
1/2 cJalapeno pepper jelly

Baked Pork Chops with Jalape?o Pepper Jelly Preparation

Brown pork chops in a heavy skillet with olive oil until golden brown on both sides. Salt and pepper to taste. Remove from pan. Place a layer of the sliced onion in the bottom of a greased baking dish. Add the pork chops, spread the Jalape?o Pepper Jelly over them and put the remainder of the onions on top. Drizzle with lime juice. Cover baking dish and bake at 350? F. for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 5-10 Minutes.
