Kmilham , 1 years agoI loved, loved, loved these! Doubled the batch & ADDED BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS, 2 cups for double batch.
jasonoverlordbell , 1 years agoVery tasty. However, mine fell in the oven and didn't cook all the way through. Any suggestions?
Riverfox57 , 1 years agoReally good!! I added about 1/2 cup pecans to batter. May cut topping in half next time - almost too sweet for a breakfast muffin - but wonderful flavor overall!
MarleneV , 1 years agoVery good..I used whole wheat flour n applesauce 4 a healthy exchange n they r delicious
marilaybolt , 1 years agoDelicious and easy! These were simple to make and super yummy, my kid loved them!
dawntodd7 , 1 years agoEasy to make, even the batter tasted good. My only complaint were that the bottoms were a little greasy.
riegs54l , 1 years agoVery tasty recipe!! Nice texture and a great way to use up old bananas! I added a few drops of rum extract, vanilla and baking spice (from Penzeys). Would be great with walnuts or pecans too!! I had trouble picking out the topping ingredients (apparently mixed within the other ingredients) so I used 2T firm butter, 2T flour, 1/3 c. brown sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Mix and sprinkle. Mmmmmm!
Dearyxo , 1 years agoThese are amazingly wonderful
Chassegirl , 1 years agoSo stinking good! I had a lot of left over bananas fading fast and I needed something new- this was a great find! My family loved them! I just made a second batch.
Ramla , 1 years agoAdded Pecans to it !!! couldn't be better
Chillybones , 1 years agoVery delicious... these muffins were a big hit with my family. I used whole wheat pastry flour instead of all purpose flour.
Jettj , 1 years agoMade this recipe yesterday, it turned out great. I did add walnuts in it but other than that I followed the instructions. Very Tasty and easy to make. :)
new5man , 1 years agoVery easy to make. Left my kids fighting for the leftovers. Added mini chocolate chips & chopped walnuts. Delicious!
Cheryl06 , 1 years agoVery good, but I guessed on which amount of flour was for the topping and which for the muffin. I pretty sure I had them backwards & will switch them next time!
schesbh , 1 years agoUtter perfection. Made a huge batch 4x recipe exactly but used salted sweet butter so I left out only the salt ingredient. This is my Altima favorite and my 3 boys age 3, 6 & 8 loved them! I'm a great dad :)
cook613 , 1 years agoTried this today, very yummy!
