Place cream cheese in a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl; microwave at Medium for 2 minutes or until softened. Stir until smooth. Stir in crab, green onions, 2 tablespoons reserved crab liquid, lemon juice, Worcestshire sauce, paprika and hot pepper sauce to taste. Microwave at Medium-High for 2 minutes or until piping hot.
