Notes A Low Fat Frosting Preparation
Mix together cocoa, corn starch, sugar and salt. Add milk slowly and stir. Cook until thick (stovetop) stirring continuously. Add butter and vanilla. Cool, then spread Low fat or non-fat milk may be used, making this a very low-fat cake frosting. Ralph Doore ralphd@slip.net Recipe by: Ralph Doore
