All-Star Meatloaf
Original recipe makes 1 servings
| 1/4 cOnion |
| 1 dsBasil |
| 1 dsBlack pepper |
| 1 dsThyme |
| 1 1/4 tsSalt |
| 1/3 cGreen bell pepper; seeded |
| 1 1/2 lbGround sirloin |
| 1/3 cItalian bread crumbs |
| 1 dsGarlic powder |
| 1 cMozzarella cheese; shredded |
| 1 dsMarjoram |
| 1/2 cTomato juice |
| 2 Egg |
All-Star Meatloaf Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place eggs, juice and vegetables in a blender and mix thoroughly. In a large bowl put beef, bread crumbs and seasonings and mix. Add the blended mixture to the beef and mix until well blended. Place beef mixture onto a sheet of wax paper and flatten into a rectangluar shape. Sprinkle the cheese onto the beef and roll-up like a jelly roll. Spray a loaf pan with Pam and place beef into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until brown.
