Original recipe makes 1
1 tsVanilla extract
2 tsAlmond extract; (up to 4)
1 cSugar
2/3 cFresh lemon juice
3 tsTea Bags
6 cWater; divided

Almond Tea Preparation

Steep tea in 2 cups boiling water. Combine sugar and remaining 4 cups water, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and almond and vanilla extracts. Add tea liquid and heat thoroughly. Serve hot or cold. Tea can be stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Yield: 7 8 oz servings.
