Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 200C/gas 6. Cut the peaches in half and stone them. In the processor, put the almonds, egg yolks, lemon rind, biscuits, butter and brown sugar. Blend the ingredients together. Next add the marsala and blend together once again. In a shallow buttered dish, scatter some brown sugar. Place the peaches in the dish and spoon the biscuit mixture in the centre of each peach half. Cook for about 20 minutes. Serve with mascarpone cream if required.
