1 tbolive oil
salt and pepper; to taste
Relish
Plum Sauce
Dill for garnish
1 cToasted corn meal

American Grouper with Plum And Lemon Juice And Dill Preparation

MMMMM---------------------------RELISH-------------------------------- 1/4 c Blanched lemon zest 1/4 c Julienne jalapenos 2 c Julienne carrots 2 c Julienne fennel bulbs 1/2 c Rice wine vinegar 1/4 c Olive oilMMMMM----------------PLUM AND LEMON JUICE WITH DI--------------------- 8 Plums; Juice of 1 Lemon; Juice of 1 tb Minced; fresh dill Season fillets of grouper with salt and pepper and coat with corn meal. In a saute pan heat oil, and saute grouper for 3 minutes on each side, or until done. Relish: Combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
