1 Apple; peeled and sliced
3/4 lbSpare ribs
3/4 lbPork loin
1/8 cSliced celery
; small
1/4 cSliced onions
1 tsTomato paste
12 Juniper berries
Salt and pepper
2 Potatoes; peeled and diced
3/4 lbSausage
1/2 tsCaraway seeds

Amish Pork Sampler with Sauerkraut And Apples Preparation

Season the pork loin and brown in a heavy skillet. Remove from skillet and add onions, celery, sauerkraut, and spare ribs, and stock. Cover and simmer 45 minutes without sausage and pork loin.
