Pina Colada Cake
Ingredients
| 1/4 cVegetable oil |
| ICING |
| 8 ozPkg. cream cheese; (at room |
| 1 cnCoconut Syrup* |
| 2 tbmilk |
| 3 Egg whites |
| 1 Carton; (8 Oz) Sour Cream |
| 1 Box Powdered Sugar** |
| 1 tsVanilla |
| 1 pkDuncan hines white cake mix |
Pina Colada Cake Preparation
* (located in the drink section in the grocery store) (My brand is Coco Lopez) * * (I add the sugar a little at a time until I get the right consistency for icing) Sometimes I dont use the whole box. Or if you get a bag of powdered sugar, just keep adding until the right consistency. Mix all ingredients and bake 350 degrees in a greased and floured 13 x9 pan. (I always use this size pan) Cool cake. Icing: Mix all ingredients and spread on cake. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 480 by James and Susan Kirkland
