White Chocolate Almond-Pecan Pie
Original recipe makes 8 Servings
| 4 Eggs; beaten |
| 6 ozWhite chocolate, melted |
| 1 tbVanilla |
| 1 cLight corn syrup |
| 1 tbAlmond extract (or to taste) |
| 2/3 cSugar |
| 1 tbChocolate extract |
| 1 cPecan halves |
| 3 tbButter; melted |
| 1 cSliced or slivered almonds |
| Unbaked 9-inch pastry shell |
White Chocolate Almond-Pecan Pie Preparation
Combine first eight ingredients, beat with an electric mixer until blended. Stir pecans and almonds into mixture. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
