1/2 tsCelery salt
1 tsSalt
2 tbCooking oil
1/3 cOnion; chopped
2 tbBrown sugar
1/2 cWater
1 15-oz canTomato Sauce
1 lbGround beef
1/8 tsPepper
1/8 tsGarlic powder
1 cWater
1/2 cLong-Grain Rice; uncooked
2 tsWorcestershire Sauce

Porcupine Meatballs Preparation

In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Add beef & mix well. Shape into 1 1/2 in balls. In a large skillet, brown meatballs in oil; drain. Combine tomato sauce, water, brown sugar & Worcestershire sauce; pour over meatballs, Reduce heat; cover & simmer for 1 hr. Yield 4-6 servings. Not my son's favorite. The meatballs weren't very tender. I found the recipe a little difficult to follow.
