Penne a la Vodka Preparation
Heat olive oil in pan -enough for all the ingredients. Add garlic till golden brown. Add hot pepper flakes and onion. Cook 3 minutes. Add vodka and reduce liquid by half. Add tomatoes and milk- reduce until desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over penne pasta. Add a good shake of parmesan cheese. Posted to JEWISH-FOOD digest by "Aliza Blizinsky"
