Original recipe makes 1
1 stalkcelery; chopped
1 pnDried basil
1 ccarrots; Diced
1 tbBarley
1 tbFlour
2 cStewed tomatoes
1 c; Cleaned and cut up fresh
1/2 conions; Diced
3 cubesBeef bouillon (cubes)
1 clovegarlic; chopped
1 tbWorcestershire Sauce
1 qtwater; Plus 1 C
1/2 cTomato puree

5 Minute Vegetable Soup ( in Pressure Cooker ) Preparation

In a 6 qt. pressure cooker sprayed with Pam, saute the carrots, onions and celery till limp. Dust with the flour. Add all remaining ingredients and cook under high pressure for 5 minutes.     the recipe calls for 1 cup of cut up fresh ?what?. I'd like to try it but do not want to leave out anything crucial such as one cup of something!
