Very tasty and easy. I cooked fresh broccoli and then cut it up real fine.

Yummy! I used frozen chopped broccoli and pepper jack cheese. Made a salad and had whole wheat roll. Just delicious. Thank you.

It was delicious and did not take me that long to make. I used rice brown flour instead of all purpose flour but it still came out great. It can get very thick so I added a little bit more water.

Quick and easy to make. Not overly flavorful, but still it still makes a great light lunch. I like my broccoli soup without big chunks so i put it in the blender after cooking.

Making it now. What exactly is "1 frozen broccoli" in measurement terms? I have a large frozen bag & added half, if not more. I guess a little extra broccoli never hurt anyone...

Even family members who don't like broccoli enjoyed this!

I used the blender and added a little pepper my second time around making this soup.. But even without these things, it was yummy and quick!

Great recipe and really does take 5 minutes to make! I like thinner consistency for this soup so I gave it a few pulses in the blender and returned it to the pot to heat through. A family favorite! Thanks for the recipe!
