Original recipe makes 1 Recipe
(Quick), cooked & cooled
1 cCooked AM 7 Grain Cereal
16 ozCanned peas and carrots
1/8 cChopped pimientos
drained
1/2 cCelery, chopped
1/2 tsOnion powder
Vegetable seasoning to taste
cooled
1/2 cCucumbers, diced
2 cAM Brown Wild Rice & Herbs
1/2 cOnion; chopped
1/2 tsGarlic powder

7 Grain - Rice and Vegetable Salad Preparation

Toss ingredients together with mayonnaise or salad dressing of choice. Chill. Serve on a bed of alfalfa sprouts.
