Original recipe makes 8 Servings
2 tbolive oil
1 tsolive oil
29 ozPeach slices in syrup;
1 tsCinnamon
2 tbGranulated sugar
2 cReduced fat yellow cake mix

Peach Cobbler Preparation

Arrange peach slice in a 8" glass square dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Microwave three minutes. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix and oil. Mix well. Crumble over peaches in dish. Microwave twelve minutes on high, turning 1/4 turn every two minutes. Cool to room temperature before serving. Per serving: 357 Calories; 7g Fat (17% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 73g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 378mg Sodium Serving Ideas : Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
