1 (13-oz) sweet chocolate bar;
1 Jar (7-oz) marshmallow cream
4 cSugar
2 cWalnuts; chopped
1 cn(14-oz) evaporated milk
2 tsVanilla
1/2 cButter
4 1/2 cSugar
1 pk(12-oz) chocolate chips
