Cake          
Original recipe makes 1 Cake
1/2 cCold water
1 1/2 tsLemon Rind; grated
3 Egg whites
2 tsNon-alum baking powder
1 cCooked AM 7 Grain Cereal
2 cAM Unbleached White Flour
2 cMaple syrup
1/2 cSoy milk
5 cAM rolled Oats
1/2 cPecans; chopped
1/2 cRaisins (optional)
1 cAM Canola Oil
2 tsCinnamon
3/8 cAM Soy Flour
1 1/2 tsVanilla
1 1/2 tsSea salt (optional)

7-Grain Oatmeal Cake Preparation

Mix well and fill oiled cake pan 3/4 full. Bake 350 F. until light golden brown. This is not a very sweet cake.
