Original recipe makes 12 Servings
1 1/2 cSugar
3/4 cVegetable oil
1 tbFlour
PINEAPPLE ICING
1 Stick melted margarine
1 Box yellow cake mix
1 cCrushed pineapple including
1 Box instant pudding;
4 Eggs
1 cn(10 oz) or 1 1/4 c. 7-Up
2 Eggs
1 1/4 cCoconut

7-Up Cake Preparation

From: rayna knighton Date: Wed, 10 Jul 1996 07:16:22 +1200 Beat first four ingredients until light and fluffy. Add 7-Up and beat well. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. While cake is baking, make Pineapple icing: Blend first five ingredients and cook until thick, then add coconut. Frost cake while it is still warm.
