1 cSugar
2 1/2 cHalf-and-half
1/4 cFresh Lemon Juice
1 dsSalt
4 ozEgg beaters or egg substitut

Old-Fashioned Lemon Ice Cream Preparation

Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to freeze.
