|1 lbGround beef; turkey or|
|1 cn(49.5 oz) chicken broth|
|1 cCelery; chopped|
|2 cChopped carrots|
|1 cOnions; chopped|
|1 cMushrooms; sliced|
|1 cn(15 oz) small white beans|
|1 tbolive oil|
|5 Garlic; minced|
|1 cChopped spinach|
|1 cChopped zucchini|
|1 cn(28 oz) crushed tomatoes|
|2 cChopped cabbage|
|Seasonings to taste*|
*salt, pepper, hot pepper flakes, Italian seasoning Brown meat in olive oil in frying pan. Transfer meat to a large stock pot. Add remaining ingredients except salt. Simmer 2 or 3 hours.
