Original recipe makes 60
1 tsVanilla
1 pkGraham crackers; crumbled
1/4 cSugar
1 cnCherry pie filling; or blueberry pie
1/4 cButter or Margarine; Melted
16 ozCream cheese
2 Egg
1/2 cSugar

Mini Cheese Cakes Preparation

1. Use tiny midget paper cups 2. Combine cracker crumbs, margarine & sugar 3. Use 1 teaspoon of crumbs in each cup 4. Press down to flatten 5. In food processor combine cheese, sugar,eggs & vanilla.Mix till creamy. 6. Pour about 1 tablespoon of cheese mix into each cup 7. Bake for 15 minutes 8. Cool 9. So far so good... But you left out the baking temp... I guess ill just roll the dice and see how it turns out...

But it sure smells awesome!!!
