Buttercream Icing
Original recipe makes 7
| 2/3 cWater |
| 12 cConfectioner's sugar |
| 1 1/4 cShortening |
| 1/2 tsClear vanilla extract |
| 1/4 tsButter extract |
Buttercream Icing Preparation
Start with 4 cups of sugar, alternately add shortening and remaining sugar until well blended. Add flavorings. Beat at low speed until smooth.
