1/4 cVinegar
2 tbDried chives
1 clovegarlic; mashed
1/4 tsWhole peppercorns
1 8-oz jargreen olives
1/4 colive oil; (good quality)

Marinated Green Olives Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a heavy duty plastic bag. Put bag of olives in a bowl in case of drips, and turn over from time to time. Let marinate at room temperature for 1 to 3 days.
