1 tbPrepared mustard
2 tbMayonnaise
1 Egg; beaten
4 tbButter
1 lbFresh crabmeat
Lemon; wedges
1/2 cCracker crumbs
1 tsLea & Perrins

Maryland Crabcakes Preparation

Gently mix crab with cracker crumbs. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, egg, parsley and Lea & Perrins. Blend this mixture with meat.
