1/2 lbGround turkey
1/2 lbLean ground beef
1/2 lbCheddar cheese; shredded
Various accompaniments
2 Envelopestaco seasoning mix
1 16-oz canrefried beans

Mexican Bean Dip Preparation

Brown meats in a large skillet; crumble, drain and prepare according to taco seasoning directions. Heat refried beans in a microwave safe serving dish. Pour the seasoned meat over beans. Top with cheese and microwave until just melted. Sprinkle 1 or more of the following toppings over all: chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, sour cream, chopped black olives, etc. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
