Original recipe makes 4
1 lbGround meat
1 pkJiffy corn bread mix
1 Onion; chopped
1/2 cchedar cheese; Gratted
2 Clovesgarlic; chopped
1 cnRanch style beans; or kidney beans
1 cnTomatoe sauce
1 cnCorn whole; or cream style
Jalapinos; if desired

Mexican Casserole Preparation

In pan brown seasoned ground meat(season with salt and pepper or Tony Cherchers seasonin) with onion and garlic. Drain. Put back in pot and add tomatoe sauce, corn and beans, mix. Pour into casserole dish. Prepare corn bread mix according to box and add cheese and jalapinos. Pour over meat mixture and bake in oven according to corn bread mix. Can be frozen.
