Lentil Rice Burgers
Original recipe makes 1 Servings
| 1 cQuick oatmeal; (uncooked) |
| 2 Cloves garlic; minced, |
| 2 cCooked brown rice |
| 6 Fresh basil leaves; chopped, |
| 1 tsSalt or to taste |
| 3 cCooked lentils |
| 1/2 lgOnion; chopped |
| Cooking spray |
| 1/2 Green pepper; chopped |
Lentil Rice Burgers Preparation
(this makes a lot.) Mix first 3 ingredients tother. Lightly psray skillet with cooking spray and saute green pepper and onion until soft, about 5 minutes or so. Mix into lentil rice comboination and form into patties. Saute in a nonstick skillet lightly coated with cooking spray.
