| 2 6.5-oz cnminced clams |
| 1/2 cWater |
| Salt and pepper |
| 12 Clams |
| 4 clovesGarlic; minced |
| 1 cParsley; chopped |
| 1 lbLinguine |
| 1/2 cWhite wine |
| 1/2 colive oil |
| 1 Garlic |
Linguine with Clam Sauce Preparation
Directions: In a large saute pan, heat the oil. saute the garlic until golden. Add the minced clams, parsley and pepper flakes. Simmer for 3 minutes. In a separate pan, place the whole clams, water, wine and garlic clove. Over high heat, bring to a simmer, cover and steam clams until they open. Cook the pasta.
