Ingredients

1/4 ts Red pepper flakes
2 6.5-oz cn minced clams
1/2 c Water
Salt and pepper
12 Clams
4 cloves Garlic; minced
1 c Parsley; chopped
1 lb Linguine
1/2 c White wine
1/2 c olive oil
1 Garlic

Preparation

Directions: In a large saute pan, heat the oil. saute the garlic until golden. Add the minced clams, parsley and pepper flakes. Simmer for 3 minutes. In a separate pan, place the whole clams, water, wine and garlic clove. Over high heat, bring to a simmer, cover and steam clams until they open. Cook the pasta.
