Suggest a better descriptionIn a heavy saucepan, reduce the Brown Sauce to 3/4 cup. Add the Madeira and simmer gently for 3 minutes. Add the parsley to the sauce just before serving. MAKE IT LIGHT: Substitute the light version of Basic Brown Sauce. MAKE IT AHEAD: Madeira Sauce may be stored for 1 week in the refrigerator and 2 months in the freezer.
