| 2 tbLight brown sugar |
| 1/2 cn(large) mango pulp |
| Ice cubes |
| 1 qtVanilla yogurt -or- |
| 1 qtPlain yogurt plus |
Mango Lassi Preparation
put equal parts yogurt and mango pulp into blender until blender is about 3/4 full. add ice cubes until blender is full with an inch to spare. Cover and blend until frothy. For a plain lassi, omit the mango pulp, add a bit more brown sugar to the plain yogurt, and add 1 - 2 Tb rose water Posted to EAT-L Digest by Tania Hewes
