| 1 medOnion; diced |
| 1 canDiced tomatoes |
| 1 sm caTomato sauce |
| 1 canWhite beans |
| 2 cupsWater |
| 1 canTomato paste |
| 1 tspGarlic powder |
| 1 tspBasil |
| 1/2 tspBlack pepper |
| 1/2 tspOregano |
| 2 cansBeef stock |
| 1 boxDitalini pasta; cooked/draine |
Rosi's Pasta Fagioli Preparation
Brown Sausage and diced onions. Add all ingredients EXCEPT white beans and cooked and drained Ditalini. Simmer covered for appx. 1 hour. Add white beans and cooked Ditalini. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Serve with Grated Italian cheese on top.
