Ingredients

Are you making this? 
4 medium Potato; peeled & cubed
1 medium Onion; chopped
1 pint Heavy cream
1 stick Butter; or margarine
1 Pkg Frozen corn
1 quart Water
1 teaspoon Salt; approximately
Pepper; to taste

Servings  

Preparation

Boil onion and potatoes in water with salt, untill soft and tender (about 30 minutes). Reduce heat to low, (do not drain). Add remaning ingerdients except for butter. Continue cooking for 15-20 minutes or until warm (do not boil); stir frequently. Add butter & pepper to taste. Continue cooking until butter is melted.

Serve hot.

I added some Paprika, some hot pepper flakes and a bit extra fresh grount pepper. Served with chips.
