"Great recipe, added a few things to get if a touch more flavor....used Krazy Mixed Up Salt instead of regular along with a few dashes of Bacon Salt, added 1/2 tbs of parsley, upped the Parmesan cheese a little bit, and paprika over the top before before baking those last 20 mins."

Ingredients

2 medium Baked potatoes
1/3 cup Sour cream
3 tablespoon milk
2 teaspoon Parmesan cheese; grated
1/8 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Bacon bits
4 teaspoon Cheddar; shredded

Preparation

Bake Potatoes at 425 for 40-45 minutes or until tender. Allow to cool to the touch. Ina a bowl, combine sour cream, milk, Parmesan cheese and salt. Cut a thin slice off the top of potatoes; carefully spoon out the pulp, leaving a thin shell. Mash pulp with sour cream mixture; stuff shells. Sprinkle with bacon and cheddar cheese. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until heated through.
