Ingredients

2 whole Avocado
juice of 1 lime
3 tablespoon Cilantro
1 package Corn Tortilla Chips; better yet, make them fresh
1 medium Onion; diced
3 medium Roma Tomatoes; diced
juice of half a lemon
1/4 teaspoon Cumin
Salt; to taste

Servings  

Preparation

Dice avocado and combine with other ingredients. Do not blend -- all ingredients should be fresh and in chunks.

Serve with tortilla chips. Delicious, fresh salsa.

Delicious, simple, fresh recipe. Serve with tortilla chicken soup for a light spring or summer meal.

Hmmm, i didnt find this recipe helpful. i basically had to wing it to get the right taste. It was initially very bland.
