Chocolate Bar Fondue

This is my favorite chocolate fondue. It's wondeful served with fresh fruit, leftover cake, or pound cake. This recipe will satisfy approx. 20 people. Feel free to half it for less.

Original recipe makes 20
32 ozMilk chocolate; chopped
1-1/4 C.Heavy cream
1 Tbl.Instant coffee granules
1 tsp.Vanilla extract
1 tsp.Sugar
1/3 C.Hot water

Chocolate Bar Fondue Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the chocolate with the heavy cream. Mix in the instant coffee, vanilla extract, sugar, and hot water. Continue to heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture is smooth. Place in heated fondue pot and serve with fresh fruit, leftover cake, or pound cake.
