2 1/2 cupcooked rice
1 1/2 cupscalded milk
2/3 cupwhite or brown sugar
3 Eggs
1 tspsalt
2 tbspvanilla
1 tspcinnamon
1 tspnutmeg
1/2 cupraisins
3 tbspsoft butter

Crock Pot Rice Pudding Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased crock pot. Cook on high 1

to 2 hours. Stir during first 30 minutes. Recipe can be doubled

I use this all the time. Cook on low not on high or it will over cook. I stir every 20 min or so.

Used brown sugar and a mix of prunes and saultanas. Excellent! More-ish!

Mine came out a bit scrambled egg looking and dry. Flavors were ok. Not sure what went wrong ;(
